Free domestic shipping for purchases over $150!

You can expect your item/s to be shipped with tracking within 2-7 business days after you place your order.
A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide us at checkout. You may check your tracking number at the respective website tracking portals. If you did not receive it please contact cannalchemy@protonmail.com

We use Australia Post for all postage purposes. 
When packaged, majority of orders weigh approximately 700g-1kg and for that reason,we charge a $12.00 flat rate for standard shipping in Australia, $18.50 for express postage, and a $40.00 flat rate for shipping internationally.

Once shipped, Cannalchemy is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail.  If your item is taking longer than normal, please look up your tracking number before contacting us for assistance.

Regular national shipping times are 3 - 7 working days.  International shipping times vary between countries but usually take 10 - 20 working days.  Please note that expected arrival time depends on location and also the time in which it takes to pass through customs. If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office directly. You, the customer, takes full responsibility of the charge. Cannalchemy takes no responsibility for these customs charges. 

Please note, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or held up due to incorrect shipping details entered at the time of purchase, so please take extra care to ensure your address is correct when you order. We also do not take responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

If you have not received your item or it is not what you expected please email cannalchemy@protonmail.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
Keep in mind that each product is individually handmade and are 100% natural so each product may vary. Please make sure to read the description in the product section.

All Cannalchemy products are handmade, therefore returns and exchanges based on style, smell or size are not accepted.  By purchasing from Cannalchemy you are responsible for acknowledging the descriptions of size, materials and photo references.  If you have sensitive skin please consider ALL ingredients before purchasing, and if you decide to proceed with a purchase it is your sole responsibility to patch test the product before use.

If you receive a faulty item then you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

All items are packaged with care and consideration for the journey however if your item has arrived damaged please contact us within 48 hours at cannalchemy@protonmail.com with a photo of the item.  We will do our best to send a new product unless we no longer have stock, if that is the case then you will receive a shop credit.
